Hello,

I've tried this before a couple of months ago but as summer is starting I'd like to try again!

I'm requesting all of you to give me assignments/punishments/tasks and put them in this schedule here:

Please put them in the red calendar so they stand out

Tasks can be anything, range from bed time to drinking a bottle of water to holding my breath to writing lines to things I should do in the shower something completely different

Note: Please only put in things to do next week as I'm not sure of my actual schedule the weeks following

Each night before bed you should edge 5 times. You should also bind both your legs tightly together while you sleep.

Also, every time before brushing your teeth, you should put the same amount of toothpaste between your pussylips and on your nipples. Then you should brush your teeth while you continuously finger yourself. After you are done brushing, you should brush each of your nipples for 1 minute and finally your clit for another minute.

I added a little line writing/bladder control combination for you. Enjoy! If you want to take it to another level, you can also hold your breath as you write each line (unless you want to use your non dominate hand!)
