I am putting clothespins on my nipples, which are very sensitive, as a punishment for myself.

Every reply to this adds 2 minutes they must stay on. Tell me what I must do to punish myself further while they are on. thank you.

You can do the followings:
- Put on some sauce or toothpaste on the nipples than again put on the clamps
- In every 2 mins you have to twist the clamps almost 360 degree and keep it like that for 15 secs

For every reply:

Do 12 jumping jacks
Do 12 seal jumping jacks
Remove the nipple pegs, rotate them 90 degrees and re-apply them
