...rub your naked nipples on a rough "Welcome" carpestry (outdoors, yes) for five minutes each.

...tie your tit with 20 rubber bands and give they 20 hard wooden spoon spanks on each nipple before untie.

...put 20 clothespins on each tit and start to jump or shake the tits hard untill they all fall or 10 minutes passed (you can slap the pegs off after the 10 minutes)

...go no-bra outdoors and with two piece of pappers inside your pocket, one with a red ink circle and the other with a yellow for one hour. Every ten minutes (exactly), doesnt matter where you are, you have to draw one papper without look at it: red you have to lower your cleavage untill your nipples poke out and stay like this for 1 minute.
