You like petplay, right? How about drawing on this for inspiration:

All you need is some white clothing, and black marker or construction paper.

For you, the clothes should be:

A white tube top with no bra. Alternatively, a tight t-shirt, cut-off a couple inches below your tits.
White boyshort panties.
Thigh-high white stockings.
And of course, a cute collar.

Draw on the spots as desired. Use eyeliner to draw your doggy nose. Optionally affix some sort of tail you can wag (and if you're really daring, wear a plug underneath).
