week long cbt

Starting Sunday till the end of the week I have to devote all my free time to cbt.
This means any and all that get posted will b done one right after the other.
The only limit is no blood . This means I will do some at work even.
Also u are encuraged to post mutiple times and to b as sadistic as possible
