2.Wear your underwear backwards every 2nd day

6.Lick the front part of your underwear every 4 days

11.Spit in your underwear every morning

14.Whatever you have for breakfast, smeer a little of it in your underwear every day

15.Only allowed toilet privileges three times a day. If you want to go after three times, you must do so in your underwear (piss/poop in your underwear - can clean with water only afterwards)
