Blindfold yourself next to a full garbage can. Reach down in until you find the slimiest, grossest item that you can. If it can fit in your mouth, leave it there for 30 minutes. If it can't fit in your mouth, leave it in your underwear (while still wearing them) for 60 minutes. While you are waiting, smear food or other garbage items all over your body.
