For the next five days, your boyfriend must clean your foot from top to bottom with his tongue, at least twice. Any time he misses a session, write "I FAILED" or "FOOTSLUT" on his soles.
If you ever miss a session because you missed a session/were too tired, etc., do the same to your own soles! (obvs he doesn't have to lick marker clean, don't kill the poor guy)
