Help!

So, I need to clean my room. I've been holding it off for weeks now. I have so much to do, it's going to take me atleast three hours. I want dares to do while I'm cleaning, and I also want punishments to do if I don't complete my cleaning. If the dares/punishments are good enough, you will get picture proof.
