This is a combination of the loser has to and cumulative hot potato dares

Each person adds a dare and picks a team (A or B). The decider chooses a team to lose and everyone on that team has to do every dare posted by the other team (unless the dare was added AFTER they posted and it isn't within their limits). To make it more fun nobody's allowed to decide the winning team until the thread has had at least a day with no posts.
