Help my master train me

I recently decided after a whole year that it was time to get back into slavery/submission (mostly wedgie slavery). Unfortunately, we have never met in real life but instead we keep it to texting. My master has only owned me for a a few days so far and he said I need punishments for two reasons (a. Not referring to him as 'master' and b. Because I need training). As of yet, my master has no clue that I have made this thread and he probably will not any time soon. Anyway, I am writing this so you understand why I need punishments. Please can you think about ways of training me (keep it light initially)? I will do my best to give feed back about how it goes!

You should find a porn video that is over 20 minutes long. Have it play in headphones that you can take with you to the wall of a room. You need to kneel at the wall and place your head on the wall with a coin between your nose and the wall and one between your forehead and the wall. You need to sit like this for 20 minutes thinking about how a slave should act.

Write a summery of what you did wrong and how you should act from now on.
