Find a game you both enjoy. For every round he beats you, he can either give you a dare of his choice, or make you strip an article of clothing.

so you need to have your shirt off, have clamps, rope, and other toys laying on your bed. call him in and tell him you were told to let him have some fun with you and that he has 1 hour to make you do anything and or do anything to you.

I want to know how it goes.

Tie his feet together and arms over his head. Then time yourself tickling him and see how long he can make it without either laughing or telling you to stop. Then have him tie you up and do the same thing.

Whoever lasts the longest gets to give the wedgie of their choice to the other guy.
