You are going to dare the person above to watch a movie or tv serie like sex and the city hope you get the idea.
It can be a Girly movie, or a horror movie. Also you can tell them to watch it in the cinema.

for you i would say try watch some kids shows for at least 1 hour wearing a diaper try watch show that are aimed at little kids learning also for added fun drink lots of water and see if you can make the whole hour without having to pee
