Who has the smallest feet on getDare?

If you haven't already seen I have a thread to find out who has the biggest feet on getDare and I've decided to start one for the smallest as well. I will use the feet sizes I already have.

So basically all I ask is you tell me these three things, your gender, your shoe size and what country you are from (6 US) for example.

It doesn't matter what sex you are or where you are from. I will use a converter so that everyone's equal.

I had thought originally about keeping a full list but it would probably be simpler to keep say the top 3 of each sex.

So if you're up for it share your gender, shoe size and location.

Male
1. rrichmon = 27.9 cm
2. tjlakin = 28.6 cm
3. Beeayeceeohhen = 31 cm
3. Underpants = 31 cm

Female
1. Doux et vivant = 22.8 cm
2. Sub.lucy = 23 cm
3. BlindfoldedPet = 23.8 cm
