When I was younger, probably 6-7ish, I was dumb enough to wear pink underwear under white shorts. Not sure if that really counts as a malfunction. Lol.

I had an experience similar to QueenSlut, in a way. I bought a pair of white shorts with a red waistband. After washing it once, the top half turned pink.

Yeah i think that counts. But 6-7 is a little young to be embarrassed by it I think.

Mine is similar to QueenSlut's too. I was like 12 years old and I wanted to wear stockings, so I wore my stockings over lime green panties. I didn't notice you could see anything until I got to school and bent over to pick up my books from my locker and my best friend at the time burst out laughing.
