help me in nipple training

hello,it's my first post in here
I have the next hour free and I want to learn more about nipple and breast pain,I am fairly new to this,please help me
I have clothes pin,rubber bands,vicks vaporub,pencils,bobby pins...
no bondage or spankings please
I won't send pics but will write a full report

Perhaps you should start by telling us what you already did with your tits and nipples in the past... and write this while you have at least four clothes pins on each breast, and one extra on each nipple.

I have tried bounding my tits with rubber bands but those keep slipping off,sir
I have also attached clothes pins to nipples but I couldn't keep the on for more than 8 mins
vicks does not burn enough sir

What is your breast size ? Maybe they are too small for rubber bands...

Ever tried to put a rubber band on your hard nipples ?
