Toilet schedule [ you can say when I pee and how i Pee, without wetting the undies tho]
Exercice [ i have to exercice in the way you want , i am pretty weak tho, I havea crosstrainer and some weights]
Garbage [ i have to usemyundies as garbage can)
Night [ you can givr me a night/ sleeping punishment]
Spank [ you can add x- amounts of spanks to me]
Write [1-100] lines

Same socks 20 days. You re forced to wear them all the day and if possible don't use shoes. You have to remove them 1 hour per day, during this hour you gag yourself with one and tape the other under your nose. Enjoy the evolution of flavour and smell

The smell was bad but it was manegable. The gag tasted horrible tho.

Anyone else got any ideas?

Sleep on the floor with no mattress or covers for a, week. You may use 1 pillow (but your thinnest one)
