25/F needs disciplinary punishment

I've been lurking for a while and decided to make a thread.
I'm looking for something very specific - Serious Punishment. I'm not exactly a sub or a slave. I'm just an indisciplined soul that needs some help staying on track. I yearn for creative solutions for my shortcomings, given that I have failed and I have been struggling to live a healthy fulfilling life.

This is not for sexual enjoyment, it is for discipline.
I am on the lookout for disciplinarians to hold me accountable, I am not a submissive or a slave interested in serving or being owned.

I will reply to suggestions here if something is unfeasible or needs alteration based on my situation. Once I have accepted a punishment, I will provide a detailed report in a private message, once I have completed it.

A general list of likes, dislikes and limits are in the signature. Dislikes are meant to be exploited if necessary, limits are meant to be a 100% respected.

Extra: I do not own insertables. I'm limited to household items. It's not feasible for me to make a lot of noise, so impact play tools and intensity may need discussions.
