3 weeks of lockdown

Last night the UK Government announced 3 weeks of pretty much lock down. People are only allowed to leave home for food shopping, exercise once per day, hospital visits / medical reasons and to go to work if they can't work from home.

After this was announced we took some bits over to my parents as we won't be seeing them for the next 3 weeks. In the bag of things we gave them we left 2 keys. These 2 keys are for 2 padlocks we have here.

So here's the game. You can suggest what the padlocks get used for. Just please bear in mind that they will not be unlocked for at least 3 weeks - it could be a lot longer! And we don't have spare keys either so it needs to be safe

My suggestion is to lock away all your clothes, except for a few items of your sexiest lingerie. You may exclude a couple of items (pajamas/slippers/sweatshirt/sweatpants/etc) in case of emergency.

First make sure you have a large chest,box or something similar. It can also be a room that can be locked. Next you and your husband divide your clothes in several piles

His clothes

- socks
- underwear bottom
- underwear top
- other clothing bottom
- other clothing top
- clothes that are top and bottom

Her clothes

- socks
- underwear bottom
- underwear top
- other clothing bottom
- other clothing top
- clothes that are top and bottom

Now you will compete against each other to see what piles go in the locked box. Clothes that are top and bottom will be locked up anyway. That leaves 5 categories. The youngest can choose a game first, after that the loser picks a game and so on. If you win, you pick a pile from the other person to lock away. It is important to know that if u end up with keeping both a bottom and a top of the same type (underwear or other clothing) one of those has to be put in the lockbox and may be exchanged for something that is already put in the locked pile.

Example: you end with keeping underwear top, underwear bottom and other clothing top. You have to put away underwear top or bottom and you can choose to keep socks. Other clothing bottom is not allowed, because then you would once again have an illegal pair. If u cannot take something in exchange because of this, you just lose the extra pile.

If for any reason, you want to use clothing from the other gender, for ang reason (opening the door, working in the garden, ...) you have to rent it. Minimum price is either an edge or one hour tied up naked. The other person decides how that should be done. He or she can can make it more expensive if he/she likes. Edges or hours can be added, specific tasks or sexual favours can be also be added. The price is named before putting on the item, you can decide when (within 24 hours) you will pay the price. If you use an item without permission, the other person can take away one of you clothes and decide what should happen with it (destroy, cut out pieces, throw over the wall, hide, ...).

One padlock should be enough to lock the forbidden clothes away. Choose wisely, and think about the way you will get the key after those 3 weeks :-)

I leave the other padlock for another member to decide.

I had a feeling locking away my clothes would be suggested pretty quickly

Yes I am still working from home... Have added that to my original post. We have a couple of big bags that could be used (like big bags for going camping), there's a couple of suitcases in the loft too

I'm just thinking since you like to read, your husband picks one book for you and locks all of the others away. Or can just lock all of your books away and maybe some other forms of entertainment as well so you need your husband for entertainment.

Number the rooms in your house and roll a dice or two to decide which gets padlocked shut. Due to the nature of the lockdown, kitchen and bathroom may be excluded. If the room chosen is the only way to get to another room you now have a choice. Either all rooms connected via the locked room are now inaccessible, or you can only use that room for access. Maybe hang up some sheets to create a corridor.

I think he's looking for something a little more restrictive. I don't normally read, it's only where I'm currently banned from the TV.

That's another imaginative suggestion and could be interesting depending on what room it ended up being.

You could use one of locks for some type of make shift collar. With another used for your clothes or items like food and drink that you are banned from eating.

Well as I'm to be barefoot from Sunday anyway then locking footwear away seems a bit of a waste.

Work have decided to shutdown completely from tomorrow afternoon so I'll just be at home for the next few weeks, no work.

Today is my last day working from home. Work are shutting down completely, I'll still be home on lock down for the next few weeks but not working should give a few more options for what gets locked away

That's it, I've now finished work for the next few weeks.

We're (well my husband is) going to decide what gets locked up with the 2 locks tonight... So there's still about 4 or 5 hours for people to make suggestions

I would suggest the the 2 locks should be used as such

1. All clothes except for one dress for when you need to leave the house.

2. Your ankles

That would mean my ankles would be locked 24/7 for at least the next 3 weeks... We will have no access to the keys

And also 2 locks would be needed for my ankles?
