26/M Diaper Punishment Broken Rule

I am on day 132 of 240 to my 24/7 Diapering by my mommy. I am a college student, and today I broke a rule while in class. I changed my diaper by myself instead of texting my mommy or asking one of the girls at school who know about the punishment if I was allowed to change. This isn’t my first time either. Mommy said to have you guys give me a harsh punishment, so I’ll learn my lesson and ask for changes when I’m supposed to ask.
