End of the year feminization

I am looking for rules to follow and tasks to complete by the end of the year that will make me more feminine. I am not looking for things altering my appearance such as clothing,makeup,or shaving. I'm also not looking for sexual activities with others. I am looking for something more on the mental side.
-I want to have behaviours or mannerisms you might expect from a woman.
-Rules involving speaking patterns, texting, or word usage would be interesting.
-I love the idea of activities that get me into the mindset of a woman.

So far I have been given two rules.
-I have to sit whenever I pee
-Whenever I receive a text from someone I like and want to greet them, I have to respond with "heyyy"

Anyone care to add some more?
