Drink 1L of water to start working that bladder.. and no using the bathroom until 3 hours pass. If you pee already then it will be while you're fully clothed. Also your ass should be plugged whenever not performing anal.

I drink it right now, no pee 4 hours, understood.
Where i am, i have no sissy clothes nor female clothes, sorry.

This would be done at its beast when your flatmates aren't home, but you can do it anyways if they are.

Drink 1.5 liters of water. After you are done drinking your water, get completely naked. If your flatmates are around, you'll better not roam too much out of your room.
You can't pee before one hour has passed. During this time, keep busy somehow doing things. If there's nobody home, make sure to also wander out of your room. You can do dishes or clean or else. But you must keep busy until the hour has passed.

When the hour is over, check the floor on the places you've been. If there are drops or pee puddles on the floor, you must ask for punishment on this thread, plus no orgasm for 24 hours. Otherwise you can pee immediately in the toilet.
