My sub hasn’t been wanting to listen so I’m looking for any ideas pain or not to get her to listen

Also I got body suits that snap at crotch and diapers

I am a sub and while being made to wet my diaper is humiliating, accidentally wetting is extremely humiliating and shameful but a very effective punishment. Maybe have her drink a glass of something every 30 min (caffeine should be in there at least a couple times and not be allowed to take her diaper off. Knowing she won't make it, tell her if she doesn't wet for 6 hours, she can potty normal but if she wets her diaper, she will be punished. I have had my bladder effectively shrunk over time and I get punished when I wet. It's definitely embarrassing.

Take away privileges, the use of pillows, their bed, coffee, time watching video of any kind, banning from porn ect.
Just inflicting pain is unlikely to actually be seen as a punishment if they're being outright disrespectful and not listening to you, that just means they want to recieve funishments 9 times out of 10.
It depends on the sort of dom you are, weather your trying to build a lasting dynamic or just have a bit of fun ultimately. When a sub has the tight mindset to see a punishment as a punishment that's different, but based on what you've said that may not be so.
