simple huh? well do one of the simplest.. wear a pair of embarrassing underwear. you could also go into the bathroom and strip to your underwear staying there for 5 minutes.

Do what I did way back when: jump into a bathroom stall to change. I was really self-conscious at the time, and no one said anything of it at all. In fact, when I left the school, a bunch of people were doing that daily. So there might be a means of course for you.

Ur probably to chicken to do it, but thats ok.
When changing, if u wear underware, strip to underware, drop something, and bend over to get it, ul get a wedgie no dout. If not, walk up to another kid and say "Give me a wedgie please!!!", turn around and wait, if not, got to a bully, call him a wimp, and say "wacha gonna do, give me a wedgie big boy?" run, get trapped, and let them grab u from behind... *RIP*
