When your bladder is full, leave the catheder in place, close it and dress up.

Now go for a walk that ends up in a public cafe, at least 30 min away.
Order a coffee and drink it. When finished order a big glass of water or 2. At least 500 ml. Empty that, too.

Now you re allowed to go to the toilet. Take the empty glass with you

Open the catheder and fill the glass with your pee through the catheder.
Now close it again.

Empty the glass and go back home - 30 min minimum.
Now you are allowed to open the catheder again.
If you dare - cath everything and save it for the rest of the day
