Do not do it while driving as it could well cause an accident .The best way is get someone else to drive and strip off and do it in the back seat or put the back seats down and have naked sex instead.

First, don't get sucked and drive... an accident while your member is between someone else's teeth could be "uncomfortable". Pull over to the side of the road or a rest area or someone's drive way and enjoy it. Or, let someone else drive.

That said, if your driver insists on being serviced while on the road, here are my suggestions...

1) Use cruise control. Little grabs a cop's attention quicker than a vehicle driving inconsistently.

2) Strip naked. If you get pulled over or caught, you might as well earn whatever tickets you're going to get.

3) Kneel on the seat and lean over into the driver's lap. This will give you a better angle, allow the driver to use his hand to caress you or push your head down farther, or simply use you as an arm rest.

4) Arch your back to raise your hips. Drivers of most cars do not pay attention to anything that is not immediately a hazard to their travel. Truckers, on the other hand, have very little to keep themselves occupied beyond looking down into the cars going by. Give them something to look at, besides your head bobbing up and down in the driver's lap.

5) SWALLOW! This is not the time to try and get fancy with spitting, or to look slutty with a facial. At best, you will make a mess all over the driver's lap and most of the rest of the front seat area. At worst, you'll cause an accident.
