Besides my own, I could hardly remember, but I'm pretty sure it was one that was just recently made at the time when I registered, so couple of months ago.

Wasn't much of a dare, was more of a task, I think I'd have to make a blog for it all to fit, but the PM I've received was a request for a vaginal related dare/task, I gave the dare of playing with ice cubes, some light pain with vaginal clamps and edging as well as self spanking after ice play.
