i was trying to read lilangel's and it said i didn't have permission and was I trying to edit posts or access administrative features. so yeah i was just wondering was that meant to happen? and if it was why?

That's probably because her blog, or one specific blog entry, was made to be private and visible only to members on her buddy list.
