As you go out today, you should alternate between a front and a back wedgie the entire time you're out. Currently in this right now trying to do laundry around the house, making my job very uncomfortable whenever I bend. Despite the uncomfort, i can feel myself enjoying it. Plans to go put putting tonight so that should be even more of a challenge.
