Here is an idea of a punishment meant for females but can be modified for males. Items you will need:
-10 feet rope
-a buttplug, if you use dildo make sure you can push it all the way in
-nipple clamps/clips/clothespins, at least 2
-spanking tools (ruler, hairbrush, cane), use your hand if don't have any

Put on the clamps on both nipples, if there is more put it on your labia.
