Hi All,

I am looking for rules to live by for a week. Rules posted here after today will go towards next week's rules. I will do daily updates or request punishment starting tomorrow.

Rules are pretty simple ... start with these
- no underwear (bra is allowed if necessary) for the next week
- wear only short skirts
- no cumming during this week
- edge 25 times before the week has ended

every morning, right after you wake up, go to your mirror. I want you to stand naked in front of the mirror. Edge twice for me. Next pick a body part and take a picture of it. Use a marker to mark this body part with a 'X'. Send the picture to two friends or upload it in your album.

The body part you pick should be higher than the one you picked the day before. You not allowed to choose your parts beforehand!

You may use toilet following at least 2 of 4 rules:
1) not locked door
2) strip topless before sitting on toilet bowl
3) don't sit on toilet bowl
4) Poo at least little
5) Do 30 situps before using bowl

Every time you enter toilet bowl you may decide what rules to follow this time.
