Here's a slightly modified version of one I gave to a guy recently:

Unless you are completing a chore or a given task or dare, you must maintain the following position: Totally nude in the middle of the room, legs about two feet apart and slightly bent, right hand at the back of your head, left hand middle finger all the way up your butt hole, mouth wide open, tongue sticking out as far as possible.
