[Dare] The person above clothespin challenge

How it works: You challenge the person above you to put [any number] of clothespin on a bodypart you choose. You will do the same And both will stop the time. Whoever takes longer to put the chosen number of clothespins on the chosen part of his or her body, will be punished by the winner. Please put your own time in spoiler-tags below your challenge.

Person 3:

Person 4:
4 on each ear!

Now person 3 will put 4 clothespins on each ear, stop the time and send it to person 4. Then the faster one can punish the other one (respecting limits of course).
In case of a draw, both people get a punishment.
