After eating lunch get two soft drink cup lids and secure them over your nipples with a bra or a tight spandex undershirt. Make sure the hole for the straw is centered over your nipple and press in on it with your finger so that the plastic pokes and pinches into your skin a little bit. Leave them in until dinner and every time you hear your name this afternoon re-poke the straw hole so that they dig in a little more.

Ha that's clever! You'll need a large or thick enough bra to make sure the circular impression of the lids doesn't show through, unless you like the idea of people staring at your chest and wondering what's in your shirt.
