Self punishment idea

For those who do not yet have a Master/Mistress to discipline them, but would like the question of correction to be out of their own hands. Find a talking (as opposed to music) programme on the radio/T.V. Bare your bottom completely, and have an implement (e.g. hairbrush/slipper, etc) close to hand ready. Certain words trigger certain punishments (the trigger words are examples, and can be set to suit the programme). Number of smacks/strokes are for EACH cheek, alternating. This is most effective if a full "confession" is written out first, so that you know why you're getting it. Min prog time: 1 hour.

"Good" = 5 hard hand-smacks.
"Bad" = 10 hard hand-smacks.
"Long" = 10 hard hand-smacks, + 15 minutes completely naked around the
house the following evening.
"Love" = 20 hard hand-smacks, + 30 minutes completely naked around the
house the following evening.
"High" = 10 hard strokes with the implement, + 30 minutes completely naked
around the house the following evening.
"Inside" = 30 hard strokes with the implement, + 2 hours completely naked
around the house the following evening.
