22 F requesting punishment

What can I do without using anything? My biggest problem is procrastinating on the internet so I need to be punished for that and preferably while I’m actually on the internet.

I'm new to all of this so I don’t know what I like and dislike yet. I have lots of limits at the moment though as I have a heart condition so I can’t do anything physical and won’t go near sex related or spanking stuff. I have no tools so I really am limited. I won’t do anything in public, only in my house in private on my own.

Pretty easy. Dont use a chair, kneel. And keep some fingers in your ass at all times. That should balance out your procrastination a little bit for a start.

Get a drawing utensil and write slut across your forehead.

forgot to add that I never had a detention at school and now feel cheated out of a common school experience. So give me things do in a TorD detention setting please!

I often find that I cannot finish a task I get bored/frustrated of so I need to be punished for this too, I am a bad girl!

As I said previously, I have no toys/tools and will not do anything sex related or spanking.

So give me some much needed punishment please!!!

Make plan: what you must do this week.
If you fail to fufill plan
You will get corner time punishment for next week: using Internet for non-study tasks for 1 hour causes 20 minutes of corner time. If you owe corner time you add 10% to your debt for night.

So this is roughly what I spend my week doing

7 hrs practical project
5 hrs research project
5 hrs work related work
9 hrs reading
9 hrs free time usually spent online

I need you to suggest a different punishment for each of these if I don’t finish my task in time and for the extra time I spend having to finish it, or abandon it half way through

I don’t really know at the moment when I will have time to do these punishments, only whatever time I get when my parents are out, and possibly early in the morning as quiet as possible in my room too. I will post here to let you know how it goes and give me extra punishments if I forget to post.

I tried doing some lines the other night and I sooo felt the need to rebel against my own lines! I never realised I could hate them so much but I think I need a way to make actually writing them more difficult. Please give me some lines to write out.

Also, how do you do corner time, when all the walls in your room are taken up by windows/furniture??? Tell me what I must do in corner time also please.

Walls can work almost as well as corners. I always prefer coner time to be kneeling, hands on the back of head, preferably holding one coin (nose) or two (breasts), but standing hands on head is also pretty standard.

If you've not got a convenient corner you could kneel on grains of rice for half an hour. You wouldn't want to do that twice.

Random corner time.
X - is difficulty.
Every day you roll 2 dice. Results are d1 and d2. You earn X/d1/d2 minutes of corner time.
Example. X=180.
rolled 3 and 4. You earn 180/3/4=15 minutes.

Do this task for a week.
