Need a help to build a VERY easy dare site

The idea is really simple. We need 3 wheel

Step1) roll first wheel. This one will say what kind of picture you have to upload: full nude with face, full nude without face, hardcore sex pic, kinky picture (outdoor nude,masturbation..)
Step2) upload the pic
Step3) you will be exposed? yes/no (if you get a yes and you close the site now you will be exposed for 5 day)
Step4)[if you get yes on step3] you will be exposed for(45 min,....,5day)

we can talk about realization and idea here or in pm

Come on now. Ideas are a dime-a-dozen. All the effort is making them come into realization. Just don't throw out an idea and then ask for someone else to do all the work? What are you offering in return?

The problem I see with this, is how will the computer verify it is indeed a picture of what you rolled?

Other than that... what you are asking for is a piece of cake, one that has already been fully eaten, digested, and defecated!

Have you spoken to someone regarding the legal issues that may arise?

What happens if someone uploads someone else pictures without consent? Would you/ your team be liable?


Also what type of programming experience do you have?
You should be able to spend a few hours and google to work out how to make it with Javascript, Html and CSS.
Thats assuming you have zero experience with web programming.

I'm thinking you'll get done for revenge porn, not copyright.

The difference being they can commence criminal proceedings in whatever country they are in; rather then with civil, where they need to be in the country the company is headquartered in to be successful (which is basically why the Copyright claim against X hamster failed(but this isnt full-proof. Look at the Rebel Wilson Libel case for an interesting argument - that was successful- regarding juristriction in online civil cases that stretch across several countries)).

If your intending to "move" to prevent liability in terms of copyright, i think you'll need to incorporate a company, in order to put its headquarters somewhere. I dont think just renting a server overseas would be enough to prevent you(and possibly anyone who worked with you) from getting in legal trouble
That's a very involved and expensive process, I'd hazard a guess, to incorporate overseas you would have requirements about a minimum number of executives living, or at least filing taxes in that country.

I'm not a lawyer. I have like 3/4th of an Australian General Legal Degree- I know next to nothing about international commercial law, and only a little more about criminal law and extradition.
But I think if you are actually going to make this, you should speak to someone who is qualified to give you legal advice on the issue.
It honestly seems like an idea that's just screaming "yes me, I'm the one who wants to be financially and socially ruined by the courts".

I just think that theres alot of things you need to consider before putting it into action.

Again. You should have no problem building it yourself with a few hours googling.
Particularly if you already have programming experience.

If what you're looking for is a designer to make it look pretty, i find they are much easier to convince to get on board for a project if you a) pay them.
or b) build a prototype first, so they can see what they are drawing fro actually is already a working product.

Grab yourself a book on PHP and start working. Though you have to understand that if you are the one hosting images, there will be people who want them taken down that can file a DMCA claim. Also, you need a way to make sure minors don’t upload anything, which will probably mean some form of manual photo verification. To top off the list of issues, there’s security. The website has to be secure enough to protect all those uploaded pictures and the info about those who uploaded them. File upload vulnerabilities are dime and dozen, so if you don’t know what you’re doing, you’re putting people’s privacy at risk.

you're right shock. The problem is I Don't know where to start and if a do i shitty website I risk to put the privacy of people in danger.
Is like a simple web gallery but with a wheel in upload page.

The point of the site is not the wheel but the fact that people risk the photo and then delete it. With this site when you risk your photo you can just delete your pic since when you accept to play you can't leave the game

You mentioned that you have learned C#. C# can be used as a backbone for a web application like this as long as you are fairly proficient with the full .NET stack.

The rolling is simple, you would generate a random number between 0 & 100 for example, then you would assign those values to respective responses. You would then utilize a JS and SVG raffle style wheel to display the response based on that value. Next you would do the same for the Yes/No.

When it gets more challenging is the actual storage of the images and the liability associated. If you aren't worried about liability, which is the #1 thing you should be worried about, this isn't extremely difficult either.

Storing images would be a matter of pushing the image to a directory on the site and storing the path and expiration date into a SQL database. You would then determine if it is active based on the expiration date and display them on the site using an SQL query and most likely some JavaScript.

This whole project is far from challenging, but the inherent liability is the ultimate issue. You notice that temp exposure closed for a reason.
