workout motivation/ reward/ punishment

Hi, this summer, I'm looking to focus on working out and improving myself. I was hoping that you might help me come up with some rewards/punishments for working out/ not working out. I live alone. I typically use my apartment's fitness center to workout. Sometimes weights, sometimes treadmill. I also try to ride my bike for a couple of miles every couple of days. I do have some dumbells and stuff that I use in my apartment.

hmm..how about if you skip a workout, you cannot masturbate or cum until you have done three workouts. (they dont have to be three days in a row, but the longer you wait to do the three workouts, the longer you don't get to cum)

If you see that someone else is asking for a dare and nobody has responded, try your hardest to give them a dare. We all know how much it sucks to be the person who waits and doesn't get a dare.
