Punishment for not wearing panties

I had the challenge to go to university in panties all semester. I did fine for 3 weeks and then for some reason I wore my regular underwear again. I need something to be scared of so that I get motivation to use my panties.

So a punishment that whenever I don't use panties to go study, I have to do. Maybe a progressive punishment, so that each time it gets harder. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

Make note of the number of hours you didn't wear panties when you're supposed to. That *2* Nth time you re repeating the offence will be the number of rubber band snaps your pussy will get before you go to sleep.
