Default Deny me with Exercise Version 2

There will be some differences in this thread as the main crux is for me to lose weight as well as get fitter - i've lost my fitness mojo over the last 3 months and put weight on.

The thread will stay open until i lose 20lbs - i'm currently 219lbs (15st 9lbs) - my initial target is to lose 10lbs and until then i am definitely denied - once i've achieved that i have a bit of a chance but i must of done everything owed and no post on here for a 24 hour period for that to be able to happen.

Each post can add one of the following:
1) 10 squats
2) 10 press ups
3) 10 crunches
4) 10 sit ups
5) 10 bicep curls (dumbbell in each hand)
6) 10 Jumping Jacks
7) 5 minutes on exercise bike
8) 10 alternate jumping lunges
9) 10 burpees
10) 30 seconds plank

Rules:
- No double posting (my posts don’t count) - you must let someone else (who’s not me) post before you post again- if nobody else posts within 24 hours then double posts are allowed


- The thread closes once i've lost 20lbs in total

- If I orgasm before i finish all the exercises as punishment I must start again from 0

- If I don’t personally thank you for giving me exercises within 12 hours of their post then an extra day of denial will be added on to my denial plus 20 hits to my balls

- I'll do the exercise given a week in arrears - so all exercise given between now and next wednesday at 6pm GMT i have 7 days to complete - if i don't complete all in that time then it's 1 extra day denial plus a hit to my balls per rep of exercise not done as punishment

- i'll weigh in every Wednesday - if i gain 2lbs in any week then a days denial is added per pound put on - i'm happy to give pic evidence for anyone that requests it

- Once i've lost 10lbs and i've completed all exercise owed i will be allowed to cum if nobody posts in 24 hours (if i owe extra days denial through various misdemeanours then 1 day gets removed from that amount instead)

- Any of my friends/contacts on here is entitled to add double on each post (fjc233 gets to add triple) - failure for me to thank them means double the denial and ball hits too as punishment

- Anyone can challenge me once a week to a game of battleships or checkers - the stake is what i owe for the week - if you win then everything is doubled and 5 days denial are added to my time, if you lose then i only have to do half of the exercise given and you must do the other half and you get 5 days denial too



I'm wondering if i'll end up regretting this but i'm thinking the only way out is extra exercise and focus to achieve my weight loss

Thanks - I usually enjoy exercise in a group setting but struggle on my own
