Stay with your master/mistress!

For this dare, you need another person, e.g. your master or mistress. But you could also do it with your friends without them finding out if you are clever.
The dare is at follows:

Buy an wireless electric fence dog collar, that forces the dog to stay within a certain range arond the transmitter.
Now you put that collar around your tigh (or tape it to your genitals if you're daring) and give the transmitter to the other person.
Then go to a public place and 'lose' the other person in the crowd. Now you have to find him/her soon, or you will feel lots of pain.
Could be hard if the other person enters an underground train without you.

Please be careful and try the collar out at home and always use the lowest setting, or the electric shock may be too hard and could KILL you!

I would appreciate reports if someone does this dare.
