I haven't seen anything like this before, and I want to see if anyone would be interested or if it would work out.

Just as the title says, you must instruct the person above to forget doing one thing for a week (shower, masturbate, etc.) To spice things up, you can also add in a substitute for the thing that they are unable to do.
