Tasks to punish an unfocused Uni Student

Hello everyone. I've been struggling to focus on my university assignments recently and have decided that in order to make me focus, I should have to endure punishment tasks until all my coursework is submitted

I am currently stuck wearing the same pair of panties for a week as the result of another dare, excluding showers and going to the bathroom

My only rules are that any tasks cannot violate my limits, involve my flatmates or be anything that could get me into trouble with the university.

If possible, I will try to provide proof via kik of any tasks provided
