Help me Get Fit for 2024

Hi everyone

Over the last few years, I’ve put on abit of weight, so my goal for 2024 is to get back in shape, and that’s where YOU come in!

Starting January 1st, I will be committed to losing some weight, and would love for all you lovely people to set me some tasks that can be completed daily/weekly to help me achieve my goal

Don’t hold back, help me burn the calories and have some fun while doing it!

*can be a home/outdoor exercise task or a gym related task, or something to motivate me to exercise

I'm not sure if you're looking for encouragement to work-out at home, or go to the gym - but if we're doing the latter, I'd say that if you haven't been to the gym in a 48 hour period; you must wear panties until you have. If that crosses 4 days; you lose access to your panties and are instead stuck in diapers until you next go to the gym.
