So I've just finished a session with my master. He spent a good time making my nipples sore enough to stay erect and had ordered me here to request more punishment and try to keep them like that till he sees me in a couple weeks. Long term punishments and routines welcome.

toothpaste/hotsauce/wooden spoon/rubber bands/clips/twine/icy hot/rice

Take some fine-grained sandpaper and sand both nipples at the same time for 5 minutes every day. After the 5 minutes is up, apply a heavy coat of toothpaste and leave on for 15 minutes before removing. Let us know how this works for you.

Thanks for that, I'll be sure to do this daily. I've just finished the running and am sitting with the toothpaste on them stinging pretty badly.

Sorry that was supposed to say rubbing not running. . And I don't do public sorry.

I started the day with 100 smacks to each tit, trying to get at least 50 right onto each nipple.

I then moved on to the sandpaper and rubbed at them for 5min. At this point my nipples were stinging again but I put on the toothpaste anyways.

Since I didn't do the jogging, i put some rice in a corner and in my bra and waited 20 minutes like this.

My nipples seem to stay erect for a couple hours after but I'm begging you to keep them hard. I've also been told since I'm only a b cup my nipples should be long and should be punished for my small tits

At first write "pleas" on your right tit and "grow" on your left tit. Then put clothespins or clamps on each nipple. Now fix some weight, like small water bottles with a string, to each clothespin. The weight should tuch the floor when you are down in squatting position. Now make 30 squats, say "please grow nipples" out loud every time you go up.

Also wear a push up bra wich is far to large for you and stuff the cups with socks/panties/tissues, wear it at least 3 hours.
