Ok i don't know it this has been on here before but anyway:

all you will need is a carrot. go outside completely naked somwere you feel comfortable, or more risky your choice. simple put the whole carrot in your arse and masturbate till orgasm. now you must eat the carrot before you can make the naked dash back to your house or were you left your clothes
