Yes, multiple times I have been naked, either in a group setting or with just w others there and a visitor or visitors would show up. Many times I did not know the other person ahead of time, so it was a lil awkward, but ok.

Hmm... at first I was gonna say no, but actually on deeper thought, yes, I have been introduced to a clothed person while naked.

I used to hang out at some friends' house called The North House. They had a pool that was clothing-optional, and I was always naked in it. They had a couple of big parties every year... a summer Luau, and a New Year's party (no pool then though). I was introduced to a few people who became friends while I was naked in their pool.
