i have some ideas about how to have the fun/suspense/etc with becoming more fit(doesn't have to be more fit just a good byproduct).
one is where you go onto your bed, handcuff/tie your hands to the sides, and tie a rope onto your feet that goes through a pulley on the ceiling, then comes down and attaches to a clip on your clit/ball. i will post more when i think of how to explain them.

I would be careful with those recommendations, falling on that treadmill or using a too heavy weight could cause injuries.
