Gym Dice Dare
So, I am going to try to lose weight and get more in shape. And I thought that maybe a Gym Dice Dare would be fun encouragement. So, I wanted to make one and share it. Note that it is your choice if you do a swimming or non-swimming workout.
Roll 1: What to wear as you arrive 1. Normal gym clothes; you can skip Roll 2 2. Swim suit with T-shirt 3. Normal day clothes 4. Normal day clothes but commando 5. Commando in your tightest pants, wearing your tightest shirt 6. Wedgied briefs under your normal day clothes Roll 2: Getting changed (if you'll be swimming at the gym, then replace "gym clothes" with "swimsuit") 1. Don't change; you will exercise in what you came in 2. Strip to underwear then dress in gym clothes (if commando this means you'll strip naked) 3. Get fully naked and then dress in gym clothes 4. Get fully naked, turn around, then dress in gym clothes 5. #4, but make sure you are at a locker within sight of other people 6. #3, but make sure you are at a locker within sight of other people AND put your underwear and gym shorts/pants on last Roll 3: Minimum length of workout (you can do longer, but not shorter) 1. 10 minutes 2. 20 minutes 3. 30 minutes 4. 45 minutes 5. A full hour 6. Up to you Roll 4: Back in the locker room 1. Get naked as soon as you're at your locker--before even opening it 2. Sit and rest for 2 minutes on the bench 3. Take your top off before opening your locker 4. Take your bottoms off before opening your locker 5. Pee at a urinal with your pants and underwear around your ankles (if no urinal, use a stall but don't close the stall door) 6. Open your locker with your clothes on, but strip naked as soon as it’s open Roll 5 - Walk to the shower 1. You can wear whatever you want 2. Naked, with a towel wrapped around your waist 3. Naked, holding towel in front of you to block genitals 4. Naked, towel over shoulder and hands at your side 5. Naked, leave towel at your locker, you can cover your genitals 6. Same as 5, but you cannot cover your genitals If available, you must use a communal shower. If not, then you must leave the stall door to your shower unlocked. Roll 6: How to shower 1. At least 5 minutes 2. At least 5 minutes, drop something twice 3: At least 5 minutes, pee in the shower 4: At least 10 minutes 5: At least 10 minutes, face outwards for the first 5 minutes and in for the last 5 6: At least 20 mins, and at some point masturbate 69 consecutive strokes (hopefully there is a point you're in there alone!) Roll 7: How to dress 1. How you wish 2. Commando but bottoms first 3. Commando and bottoms last 4. How you arrived 5. Wear the clothes you exercised in home 6. Only 4 items of clothing allowed (shoes count as 1 item each, so a pair of shoes is 2 items) Roll 8: Do you need to roll this again next time you go to the gym Odd: Yes 2: Yes, and that next time needs to be later the same day 4: Yes, and the next time must be commando 6: Yes if this was your first time playing this; if this was not your first time playing this, then your choice
