Punishment for taking off tights

Every day of the year from 7.00AM to 10PM I have to wear pantyhose, bodysuits and flats. This is an iron rule. Thick tights in summer, thin in summer. Which is terribly annoying.
More and more often I don't wear tights because they are comfortable.

try to punish myself, for example by wearing uncomfortable tights and bodysuits, but if anyone has any idea to make it more uncomfortable, I'll ask for an idea. Currently, I stand in the coin account every day for 30 minutes, I still have 12 days left.
